The primary objective of construction machinery<\/b><\/strong> loading studies is to ensure the safe<\/b><\/strong> and efficient transport <\/b><\/strong>of heavy equipment, without delays or accidents. This is achieved through the thorough analysis<\/b><\/strong> and calculation <\/b><\/strong>of all parameters related to the loading, transportation, and placement of the equipment. <\/p>

These studies typically include the following stages:<\/p>

    Analyzing the project\u2019s characteristics and the site to determine the most suitable loading method.<\/li>

    The \"Loading Study\" is a technical document signed by a licensed Mechanical Engineer and accompanied by a \"Loading Plan\". This plan illustrates the method of loading and specifies the maximum allowable limits for vehicle dimensions and height, which must be adhered to during the transport of construction machinery. <\/p>

    The study is carried out in accordance with EN 12195-1:2010<\/b><\/strong> for the calculation of lashing points,
    EN 12640:2000 <\/b><\/strong>regarding the structural resistance of the vehicle body
    The Loading Study, along with two copies of the Loading Plan, must be submitted to the competent Department of Transport and Communications. One of the copies is certified by the authority<\/b><\/strong>, returned to the applicant, and must accompany the transport vehicle<\/b><\/strong> at all times during the loading and transportation process. <\/p>

    The preparation of Loading Studies for Construction Machinery <\/b><\/strong>follows a strict procedure that ensures safety<\/b><\/strong>, efficiency<\/b><\/strong> and legal compliance<\/b><\/strong> throughout the entire loading and transportation process. The procedure includes the following steps: <\/p>

      On-site inspection and analysis of the project area to assess technical requirements and constraints, with the aim of selecting the most appropriate loading method.<\/li>
